Has Lady Gaga’s New Song “Stupid Love” Leaked Online?

Lady Gaga’s fans are some of the most devoted and rabid, sometimes to a fault. As the self-proclaimed “Little Monsters” have been waiting patiently for Gaga’s brand new album (her most recent since her absolutely divine A Star Is Born soundtrack) all indications are that the wait for the frequently called L6 is going to be over very shortly.

A thirty second clip of what is allegedly her latest single “Stupid Love” has leaked online, and while Gaga’s label was sure to remove any and all evidence of the Fame Monster-era sounding track from the internet, some information has leaked on it. Based on the tweet below (as well as many others) the track is due to be released on February 7th on radio, with a brand new album (allegedly titled Gamer) coming in March.

Apparently though, this is not the first time we have been teased about “Stupid Love” though. On October 30th, 2019, Lady Gaga herself tweeted a picture of a pumpkin with a knife stabbed into it, with the words “Fuck This” written on the front.

Upon closer look at the tweet, what is allegedly Gaga’s phone is laying on the table with the words “STUPID LOVE” clearly indicated, almost as if it’s being used as part of the soundtrack for a pumpkin carving celebration.

The alleged lyrics to “Stupid Love” also sound like what just might be classic Lady Gaga as well:

“Now it’s time to free me from the chain

I gotta find that peace, is it too late?

Or could this love protect me from the pain? I would battle for you (even if I break in two)

Freak out, freak out, freak out, freak out (look at me)

Get down, get down, get down, get down (look at me)

Freak out, freak out, freak out, freak out

Look at me now

Cause all I ever wanted was your love

Higher higher

All I ever wanted was your love

I want your stupid love, love

I want your stupid love, love

I don’t need a reason oh

Not sorry, I want your stupid love

Higher higher

I want your stupid love, love”…
