It was a star-studded evening inside Cipriani’s 42nd Street at the 2019 GLSEN Respect Awards in New York City.
Major A-listers from Wilson Cruz to Nico Tortorella showed up in droves to support this leading organization that works to create safe and inclusive K-12 schools for LGBTQ youth.
Held annually in Los Angeles and New York, the award show honors the work of student leaders, educators, community organizers, influencers, and corporations who serve as exemplary role models and have made a significant impact on the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.
Instinct Magazine was on the red carpet Monday night and chatted with several iconic members of the LGBTQ community and our supporters including Cyndi Lauper, Billy Porter and many more. More on that to come from each of them this week.
In the meantime take a look at the celebs that showed up and showed out on such an important night. Learn more about GLSEN here.
