OUTfluence Recognizes the Power of the Hashtag for the LGBT Community

This weekend during VidCon the Los Angeles LGBT Center held a VIP private event celebrating the impact LGBTQ YouTube and social media influencers have had in advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. OUTfluence was held at the beautiful rooftop lounge The Fifth in Orange County and was hosted by influencer AmbersCloset and DJ Asha provided the music that kept guests dancing all night long.

Influencers and guests walked the rainbow carpet at sunset, overlooking Disneyland and California Adventure. Among the many who were in attendance some of the influencers that empowered the space were Alli Fitz, Alexandra Grey, Jayce Baron, Stuzo Clothing, Zolita, Andy Lalwani, Noam Ash, Jaclyn Glenn, Xavier Brinkman, and Ryan Cassata. Musician and influencer, Chad Perez gave a special performance along with love birds and video vixens Bria and Chrissy who performed right before a firework spectacular crescendo that left everyone gagged!

The Los Angeles LGBT Center has been a beacon of resources for the LGBTQ community since 1969. The champion, care for, and celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond. Today they offer programs and services and global advocacy that focus on major components such as health, social services and housing, culture and education, leadership and advocacy. Events such as #OUTfluence set LA LGBT Center apart as a visibility powerhouse that generates positivity for the LGBTQ+ community.

There is no doubt that OUTfluence was a night full of love and respect for raising the volume on the LGBTQ+ voices in social and mass media.
