One drunken night back in July, Christopher Wayne Jensen got into the front seat of an Uber and allegedly took out his penis and showed it to the male driver asking him, “Do you want to touch it?” and began masturbating, according to Press-Citizen. Talk about surging!
The driver pulled over and made Jensen get out of the car and filed a report against the rider from Coralville, IA, but it took several months for police to locate Jensen. The 27-year-old cooperated with police and was finally arrested because he doesn’t believe he actually did this. He doesn’t even remember the Uber driver.
Jensen told Press-Citizen:
I drank heavily and remember very little from that night, but I know what kind of person I am, and wouldn’t do something like this.
I don't know anything about the Uber driver or why he would say this but I know there has to be more to the story than what he's saying happened that night.
Jensen is fighting against the Indecent Exposure allegations:
I'm fighting to prove my innocence and hope people don't rush to judge until the courts decide whether I'm guilty or not.
The case is still under investigation, but you can be sure that Jensen might be trying Lyft from now on—so long as he doesn’t give them a TIP.
