Nick Carter, of Backstreet Boys fame, has apparently filed a restraining order against his formerly bisexual kid brother, Aaron Carter.
Nick shared the news with his fans via Twitter Tuesday night saying the move came after “careful consideration” with his sister Angel after Aaron had displayed “increasingly alarming behavior.”
Nick alleged in his tweet that Aaron had recently confessed to having “thoughts and intentions” of killing Nick’s pregnant wife and unborn child.
The 39-year-old Backstreet Boy closed his tweet writing, “We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before harm comes to himself or anyone else.”
Nick prefaced the message with the hashtags #mentalhealth, #GunControlNow and #GunControl.

Aaron responded with a series of tweets telling his followers he’d been served with the restraining order and he’s “done for life” with his older bro.
He added that he hadn’t seen his brother in four years and alleged his siblings were trying to “5150” him, which refers to the California law code for the temporary, involuntary psychiatric commitment of individuals who present a danger to themselves or others due to signs of mental illness.

And it got worse from there as the younger Carter engaged with not only his own fans but Backstreet Boy fans as well.
Aaron has had a bumpy public ride for some time now.
In 2014, he settled a multi-million dollar income tax bill with the IRS.
On August 6, 2017, he came out as bisexual via Twitter just prior to releasing his new album.
Seven months later, that tweet had been deleted and he said in a podcast interview that his announcement had been “misconstrued.”
But last month, he was back to being bisexual again.

Along the way, he appeared on an episode of The Doctors TV show to address rumors of his severe weight loss and revealed the results of a recent HIV test (which showed he was negative).
Aaron has been announced to take part in the upcoming Marriage Boot Camp: Family Edition on the WE network with former child star Corey Feldman.
Some folks on social media wondered aloud if the latest kerfuffle was just ‘media chaos’ to hype the show.
