Super Bowl Strippers? That’s A Thing?

The Super Bowl is coming up next weekend, and that means it’s time for Florida to be swarmed by football fans and… strippers?

Apparently, Super Bowl season is peak season for strippers to make heaps of money. It makes sense really, as the influx of tourists means more money coming into whatever city is hosting the event. And let’s be honest, it’s not hard to believe there’s a meeting of interest between football fans and stripper fans. In fact, the phenomenon is so well-known that Vice News did a documentary for it last year.

But it’s not just female dancers who are making money and storming Super Bowl cities. Male strippers are getting in on the action too. This time, it was TMZ that decided to do some Super Bowl stripper reporting. They shared the below video of the Florida business LaBare and its talented strippers. They then talked to staff at the establishment about how all of the talent traveling to perform next weekend.

“We’re getting tons of men who want to join the cast for Super Bowl weekend from all over the world,” said LaBare’s marketing manager, Jessica Jones.

Maybe we should take a vacation….
