Can you name some of the most popular same-sex fandom couples?
It seems that every show and movie nowadays has an LGBTQ ship that fans can’t get out of their heads. From Captain Marvel and Valkyrie to Harry Potter and Draco Malfroy, LGBTQ fans and fans of LGBTQ content can find a couple to ship in any fandom.
But do you know some of the most popular ones? That’s what YouTube channel REACT, sister channel to the popular Fine Bros. Entertainment channel, asked its reactors.
As the channel’s staff told reactors:
“In honor of Pride month, we’re going to test your knowledge of LGBTQ+ ships.”
They then add, “Shipping has become very popular with the LGBTQ+ community due to the lack of representation in media for queer relationships. And while that is getting better, there’s still aren’t that many compared to straight relationships on tv.”
Reactors are then given ship names and asked to guess which characters and tv shows/films that name comes from. If that sounds like fun to you, you can check out the video below.

Eh. Disney has dangled a Finn/Poe romance, although I’m sure they’d say it was more of a bromance, which can still have gay overtones? undertones? But Disney will never take that final step to full inclusion in this space odyssey and have Finn and Poe be in a same-sex relationship.
