Garrett didn't come onto my radar until King Cobra, but others have been watching him for a little while longer.
IMDB – Garrett Clayton was born in Dearborn, Michigan, USA as Gary Michael Clayton. He is an actor, known for Hairspray Live! (2016), King Cobra (2016) and Teen Beach Movie (2013).
He's also been on The Real O'Neals as well as the Fosters.
