Ahh, look at the times we are in.

Instead of a love letter, we get unsolicited dick pictures. Instead of a mixed tape, we receive memes. Instead of being there for someone and showing our affection…we, send a tweet with our condolences?

Well, I'm not sure if that's you- but tweeting support instead of keeping his opinion private is exactly what Nick Carter did in response to his brother's, Aaron Carter, recent arrest for alleged DUI and Marijuana Possession.

Originally, I wanted to avoid talking about Aaron and his addictions. However, his older brother's reaction has me fuming! What was Nick thinking?! You should not be putting this much information on social media.

Okay, so we've just learned that you have next to no contact with your brother, Nick. Rather than reaching out personally, you decide to put this on Social Media. What a slap in the face to your brother!

But, wait! There's more. Nick's wife, Lauren Kitt Carter, chimes in. Turns out – they don't even have Aaron's phone number!

Following in his big brother's footsteps, Aaron took to twitter and threw shade at his brother's comments. In a posted image, Aaron states:

"If my own blood (Nick) truly cared about my well being, why wouldn't he call me directly and have a conversation instead of making this about him through a public forum? That's not cool at all to use me for his PR and kick me while I am down."

Clearly, Aaron is going through it, honey. From that thirst-trap Instagram picture to his mugshot, sheesh! He needs support you can touch and feel, not just read. Come on, Nick, get it together and make an effort to reach out to your brother. Now everyone's making up facts in their heads.

Alas, Aaron Carter is still scheduled for his Meet & Greet in Birmingham, Alabama set for today.

Do you know someone who posts too much personal information on social media? Where should they draw the line?
