Lil Nas X‘s hit ‘Old Town Road’ has more legs than the horses that ride on it.
The track, which originally featured Billy Ray Cyrus, has spawned several remixes over the past couple of months.
Artists like Diplo, Young Thug and viral yodeling sensation Mason Ramsey have all partaken in a version of the song that has sat atop Billboard’s Hot 100 for 15 straight weeks.
The best might be yet to come courtesy of country legend Dolly Parton. Lil Nas, 20, shared a tweet on Monday, July 15, that questioned if the “9 to 5” songstress would do a remix of “OTR” along with him and upcoming rapper Megan Thee Stallion.

“Yβall think i can get dolly parton and megan thee stallion on a old town road remix?” the openly gay emcee asked.

Dolly, 73, answered in a form of the “OTR” cover art that included a pink horse to the left.Β

Lil Nas, naturally, was excited about her response. One fan thought of a clever idea to mix “OTR” with Dolly’s signature song “Jolene” as part of the remix.Β “Somebody said ‘Finna take Jolene to the old town road.’ Yeah and whoop her ass for taking my man.”
“OTR” is two weeks away from breaking the record for the longest running number one single in Billboard Hot 100 history.
Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men’s “One Sweet Day” and Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee‘s (featuring Justin Bieber) “Despacito” currently hold the record at 16 weeks apiece.
