Male Employee Refuses To Remove Makeup

Are you as addicted to make up as I am?

Seriously, I never leave the house without it. I joke that after seeing my mother wearing it when I was a child, it became my favorite addiction. I've been wearing the liquid magic since I was fourteen. Now, with contouring and highlighting, I look just as glamorous as those beautiful boys and girls on television.

In comes Scott Ayton-Laplance. I identify with him as a Fem-Gay with serious admiration for make up. Including Scott's…his application is flawless.

But, the new owners at his place of employment, Curry's PC World, didn't seem to agree.

In a Facebook post, Ayton-Laplance states:

" Obviously I'm not going to take off my makeup when all my other (female) colleagues are able to come to work as their fabulous selves. I might understand if my hair was dyed bright red (oh which some of my colleagues have) I might understand if I had bright blue eye liner on (oh which some of my colleagues do) I might understand if I came to work with bright green lipstick on (I'd be worried if any of my colleagues did) (btw every colleagues looking fabulous with their own look- I'm just illustrating my point) So here I am on Facebook (classy me). "

I couldn't agree with you more, Scott! The LGBTQ Community rallied with him and is showing him massive support.

According to Indepedent UK, Curry's PC World is handling the situation internally and is "proud of it's diverse workforce."

With a name like "PC World", I'd think they'd be more open!
