Look, nudity is often a fantastic thing. I’m all about nude beaches, clothing optional resorts and even naked yoga from time to time.
And then there are circumstances where nudity is completely unacceptable, inappropriate and icky. This is one of those.
According to Boston CBS affiliate WBZ 4, a Massachusetts man was arrested for walking around naked at a Plaistow Planet Fitness.
34-year-old Eric Stagno was around the gym completely nude, and police found him on a yoga mat on his knees.
According to WBZ, people working out at the gym told police they felt “disgusted,” “sick,” and “unsafe.”
The Haverhill native was accused of indecent exposure/lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 bail and his hearing is in September.
The kicker: the only statement Stagno made at the time was that he thought Planet Fitness was a “judgment free zone” — a reference to Planet Fitness’s famous slogan.
