P!nk (and good music) fans rejoice: she’s doing the national anthem this year right before Super Bowl LII begins!
NBC and the NFL made the exciting announcement on Monday morning, where she will help ‘get this party started’ at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota.
If Justin Timberlake needs momentum prior to his half time show, then P!nk is the artist to do it. She joins a laundry list of iconic singers who have belted their hearts out to hundreds of millions of people, including Whitney Houston, Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera just to name a few. No doubt P!nk will be just as memorable.
Now if only Justin could get Janet back on the Super Bowl stage, this may be a night to really remember (outside of the game, ya know).
