Porn Company Is Being Sued For HIV Transmission!
Actor Claims He Was Infected By Anonymous Sex Scene!

According to Courthouse News, CEO of Kink.com, Peter Acworth, who purchased a $14.5M castle in 2007, is being sued by three former porn actors who claim to have become infected with HIV after filming their respective porn scenes. The adults in question are all anonymous, but we do know that two are male and one is female. One of the males, referred to as John Doe, claims he received the HIV transmission during a gangbang porn scene where he was blindfolded and performed sex on dozens of “untested, unidentified members of the general public.” Doe claims he had a cut in his mouth during the performance and tested HIV Positive two weeks later.
Not to deny any of the accusers allegations, but…isn’t it a fact if you have been infected with HIV, it would take more than two weeks to show up? Hmm…
Allegedly, the actors were denied any use of condoms in their scenes for Kink.
After being taken to court, Kink’s insurance company, Atain Specialty Insurance, has won their lawsuit. They do not have to cover litigation related to the actor’s lawsuits. Kink is left hanging out to dry on their own and now must fight the three actors in court.
Regardless of the outcome, CEO Acworth announced he’s going to stop filming porn…in his $14.5M castle, due to decreased everyone now realizing that you don’t have to pay for porn anymore. Seriously, there is so much to get online for free…paying is essentially a waste. I guess what works now is the FanOnly sites that a handful of Instagram “celebrities” have. But, don’t worry – you can still hang out in the former porn castle since Acworth wants to transition his lair into an event space.
Kink is denying the claims from their former actors. In 2015, Kink’s attorney, Karen Tynan, claims:
“None of these claims were made at the time of the shoots, and are easily refuted both by detailed shoot records, our testing protocols, and the video footage itself.”
