Shawn Mendes has been making music for years, but let’s be honest, sometimes the man himself is the main event.
The singer recently turned heads while sitting front row at the Gucci Resort fashion show in New York, looking every bit like the ridiculously handsome former crush you suddenly remember at 2 a.m., which, naturally, sent us tumbling down the internet rabbit hole.
You know the one. You start with one perfectly innocent photo, then somehow you’re looking at pictures from five years ago, shirtless vacation snaps, concert photos, magazine shoots, and asking yourself, “How did we get here?”
We’re not complaining.

A Very Impressive Six… Eight?
Mendes has never exactly been precious about showing off his physique, and for that, we salute him. The singer has accumulated quite the collection of shirtless photographs over the years, giving fans plenty of opportunities to appreciate the considerable amount of work that goes into looking like that.
And then there are the abs.
One? Two? Three? Four? Keep counting, because apparently Mendes decided the standard six-pack was simply not ambitious enough. Depending on the photo and the angle, we’re entering what can only be described as eight-pack territory.
Is it technically an eight-pack? In any case, we simply know what we like when we see it.
Even Gucci Leather Couldn’t Distract Us
At the Gucci show, Mendes was fully clothed in a seriously sexy leather look, proving that you don’t necessarily need a shirtless photo to appreciate the situation.
The man looked hot. The leather looked hot. The combination was, frankly, doing entirely too much for a front-row fashion appearance.
There is something particularly dangerous about a handsome man who knows how to dress well and also happens to have a torso that could distract an entire audience.
Mendes last released his self-titled album Shawn in 2024, and we’re eagerly awaiting whatever comes next.
