There isn't a specific time, age, or place to be sexy and confident. It's every day, every where, and at any age. We should be proud of getting older and living the lives we desire to live.
There's a lot of ageism in the gay world. Some spread it more than others while many of us embrace getting older, because, hey, the alternative is much worse. I recall some of the stories we have covered in the past where young men say guys over 30 should stay out of the clubs, and fundraisers charging men over 40 a fee while twenty and thirty somethings get in for free.
We post pics of young lads with the dingalings and ass cheeks flying about, but not many post pics of older men. Age doesn't sell. Older men are not click bait. Oh, it is so good to be proven wrong. Sexy is sexy.

Thank you Mr Dupuis and Instinct. These images have gone all over the world and the feedback has been so great and complimentary. But my hats off to you for such a thoughtful and grounded presentation. It is true Mr Varrecchia is of a "certain" age – and you are right about the community's obsession with youth. Sadly, one reason we don't see more gay men of Anthony's age is the simple and sad fact : There aren't as many. The holocaust of AIDS in the 80s meant an entire generation of gay men lost not only important trailblazers, but role models as well. Anthony's popularity represents a conviction of strength, endurance and a timelessness younger models can't compete with. That he does this with style and sexiness, is inspirational. It has been said that "Age is a privilege denied to many" and that is certainly true. I feel honored to get to work with men like Anthony who show they are desirable not despite their age, but because of it. Thanks again, V E N F I E
