Check Out Madonna’s Birthday Bash!

Took us this long, but we've finally recovered from Madonna's birthday bash on Saturday. The first pictures to show you are from the Instagram page of Icon, the supplement to the Spanish daily newspaper El Pais.

Madge does like a costume party, and as you can see below, the theme was the Roaring 20's. We're not great at math but we're pretty sure that was about when Madonna was born. (What? No? Close? Whatever, she's 56.) Here is the birthday gal cutting the cake.

She even sang La Vie En Rose (with daughter Lourdes) for her guests.
