Most days I wake up and don't have too many things to worry about. Most of my problems are usually what would be considered First World Problems. But some of us aren't so lucky. Gay men in Chechnya are being hunted down and killed. Organizations have spoken out against the inhumane treatment and have been working to get gay men out of the area. Rainbow Railroad is one such organization, with the mission of helping "LGBT people as they seek safe haven from state enabled violence, murder or persecution."
To help Rainbow Railroad's efforts, Collectif TBD Models have released a calendar full of naked men, with all of the proceeds helping Rainbow Railroad's efforts. The calendars are $35 and can be purchased here.
Photographer Balthier Corfi and stylist Todd Hanshaw are the founders of Collectif TBD Models and knew they wanted to help when the reports first came out about the treatment of gay men in Chechnya.
