Scarpelli first won audiences over as Alex Handris on the beloved sitcom One Day at a Time, spending three seasons alongside Bonnie Franklin, Valerie Bertinelli, and Pat Harrington. Happily married—and aging like everyone’s favorite fantasy
Away from the spotlight, Scarpelli has been building a life that’s just as enviable as the physique turning heads online.
He’s happily married to television producer John Ricci Jr. The couple met in 2021 and announced they had eloped in April 2023. Together with their fur baby, Poco, they split their time between Los Angeles and Sedona, Arizona, where Scarpelli owns a television station.
His latest birthday post proves that turning 60 doesn’t mean fading into the background. Sometimes it means showing up with bigger arms, tighter briefs, and enough confidence to remind everyone why they had a crush on you in the first place.
