It’s not often that you can find Real Housewives of New Jersey & Real Housewives of New York mingling with drag darlings, all with a glistening backdrop like the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, but that’s exactly what happened this past weekend at their latest OUT at Borgata weekend!
The weekend kicked off on Saturday afternoon with RuPaul’s Drag Race and A Star Is Born starlet Shangela kicking off the PRIDE BINGO festivities properly! Joined by Sandy Beach & Whendy Whaxwood providing banter and spinning bingo balls, and New York City queen Heidi Haux and former Miss Paradise winners Jolina Jasmine and Lea Sky giving shows that had the crowd on their feet, waving their tips and craning their necks to see those crowd pleasing death drops! DJ James Anthony provided the beats for the entire afternoon, which was in support of Garden State Equality.
Shangela’s grand entrance was as stunning as the performer herself, with a floor length dress for her introduction, while for her performance she stunned the crowd in a cobalt blue fringe number, matching high boots, and plentiful “Halleloo” callbacks from the crowd!
Some authentic New Jersey glitterati even joined the festivities, as Real Housewives of New Jersey star Margaret Josephs, her husband Joe Benigno and the always divine Marge Sr joined in the bingo fun. Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps also stopped by before performing her new holiday cabaret show at Borgata’s Music Box, A Very Countess Christmas. The Countess mixed old favorites, new material and of course, some Housewives dish in between performances with singer/actor Brent Heuser & New York City institution Murray Hill.
