Gentlemen, I know we all joke about wanting a 12-incher down our throat, but please don’t do anything that can irreparably affect your health or future. If the face card, body-ody-ody, personality and connection is tea, there’s nothing a little foreplay and head game can’t fix. I’m talking about body positivity today, yall.
Is a Larger Penis Worth the Risk?
This is in reference to the tragic death of style/travel influencer Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo. Some may recognize him under the alias Denisi or Ego. Back in March 2026, the 43-year-old traveled with his wife to Thailand for a penis enlargement procedure. After the surgery, during a massage, “Tiny” started to complain of chest pain and suffered several losses of consciousness.
He was immediately taken to the hospital where he reported his penis enlargement procedure, but his condition turned fatal before diagnostics could be performed. After attempting CPR for several minutes, he was pronounced deceased. A UK coroner’s report is now available, which states that the procedure caused a fatal pulmonary embolism.
Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo had about 200,000 followers on Instagram alone and appeared to be living his best life prior to the botched penis enlargement procedure. Every picture he was smiling, glowing, experiencing and spending time with his devoted wife. It’s tragic that a completely unnecessary surgery ended his time on Earth while he had such joy for life itself.
According to the New York Post, penis enlargement procedures typically cost about $9,000 and only last for six to nine months – meaning it’s a costly procedure that needs to be done at least twice a year. Now, I understand that patients can have complications during any surgery, but again, leave your bodies alone. You only have one, be proud of it!
I’m not trying to use this article to poke fun at Igho’s passing. I’m simply trying to use it as some insight for any readers here at Instinct Magazine who are contemplating the same procedure. I know gay culture is very, very sex heavy, but it’s important to find someone that accepts your body for all of its wonders and all of its flaws. Now that is true love, guys.
