This just in! Cardi B is heading back to the strip club—but she’s not alone. She will be joined by none other than Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu. The firey Latinas will team up with the Crazy Rich Asians star for the upcoming film Hustlers which is an adaptation of New York magazines article “Hustlers at Scores”.
Billboard announced that the film will focus on several New York City strippers and their decision to steal thousands of dollars from their successful Wall Street clients.
True story: My first strip club was at a joint in NYC in 2005 when I was 19. I didn’t know anything about anything then, but I was swindled of $100 in less than 20 minutes. Maybe I can make a cameo? JLO, you hear me?
The Hustlers script was adapted by Lorene Scafaria who will direct the film.

Cardi B has always been very open about her past as an exotic dancer. She attributes her success and her point of view as a rapper to her past and is never too good to admit it whenever she’s asked. But can she act? With her expertise and JLo’s moves…we know we’re in for a treat. So long as it’s better than Cher and Christina Aguilera’s Burlesque, right?!
Hustlers will also feature Julia Stiles, KeKe Palmer, and Lili Reinhart. STXfilms will being production for Hustlers this month in New York City.
