Could RuPaul’s Drag Race veteran Courtney Act be on her way to winning another reality competition show?
The blonde bombshell is part of the 16th season of Dancing with the Stars Australia, where she kicked things off into high gear during the show’s premiere on Monday, February 18.
Courtney and her dance partner Josh Keefe danced their hearts out, jive style, to Portugal, The Man’s hit “Feel it Still”. The performance earned a ton of applause from the studio audience as well as rave reviews from the panel of judges.
It was enough for Courtney and Josh to earn the highest scores of the nights, with a combined total of 23 out of 30. What was even better for Courtney was that she was able to do the high energy dance number on her official birthday.
Courtney has had an illustrious history with reality television that goes way beyond her days on RuPaul’s Drag Race. She appeared on Australian Idol back in 2003 and made it to the top thirteen that year. She also participated in Celebrity Big Brother’s 21st season in the United Kingdom last year where she triumphantly won in the end.
