Michael Phillips may have just committed the ultimate betrayal of his own brand: getting a bigger penis.

The man who claims the title of the world’s smallest penis says a recent procedure has been a “HUGE success,” potentially putting his extremely specific internet crown in jeopardy. But before anyone starts organizing a farewell tour for the tiniest title in town, Phillips says the whole thing was never really about sex. It was about something considerably more practical: being able to pee comfortably.
Michael Phillips Got a Little Help From Some Very Strategic Injections
Phillips tells TMZ he underwent a penis procedure at a hospital in North Carolina on Monday, where doctors injected semi-permanent dermal filler into his penis to increase its girth.
The appointment took about three hours. He was given numbing cream and a numbing shot, the procedure was explained, and then came several injections around the penis. Because apparently, if you’re going to voluntarily have your penis poked repeatedly with needles, you deserve a thorough briefing first.
Phillips admits the injections were painful, but he considers the procedure a success. And he’s already noticed one particularly useful change.
Normally, he says, his penis retracts when flaccid and rolls inside his body “like a hidden belly button.” Following the procedure, however, it stays out more, making urination significantly more comfortable. Forget a confidence boost. This is a plumbing upgrade.

The $4,000 Makeover Wasn’t About Getting More Action
Phillips is also making one thing very clear: this wasn’t a vanity project. He says he underwent the procedure purely for comfort while urinating, not to improve his sex life. And considering the $4,000 price tag, that’s one expensive way to say, “I would simply like the bathroom experience to be less complicated.”
He raised the money through a GoFundMe campaign after previously considering surgery to increase his size. Phillips ultimately decided against surgery because of the potential risks, opting instead for the filler procedure. And apparently, he’s not finished spending.

Phillips says doctors told him he can return in six months for another treatment, either to add more size or maintain his new size if the filler dissolves quickly. So yes, there could be a sequel.
The World’s Smallest Penis Title Is Suddenly in Trouble
Here’s where things get deliciously awkward. Phillips previously claimed his erect penis measures just 0.38 inches, helping him become a viral sensation and claim what may be the internet’s most niche title. But now that he’s added some size, his reign could be in danger.

Phillips has previously said he’d go toe-to-toe with anyone challenging his world’s smallest title. Unfortunately, filler has entered the chat, and it may be the one opponent he can’t simply out-stubborn. Still, there’s something rather fabulous about voluntarily giving up a world record because you decided you’d rather be comfortable.
The swelling should last around a week, after which Phillips expects to see the final result. Until then, the world’s smallest penis title remains in a state of suspense.
It’s a tiny cliffhanger. And if the filler works as hoped, it may be the biggest plot twist of Phillips’ career.
