What an exciting time it must be for The Bear-Naked Chef Adrian de Berardinis. He’s accomplished so much in 2018, from his hit digital series Quickies to a one-night only event at Lady Gaga’s father’s restaurant and having a wild night with The Real Housewives of New York City last month.
Now he’s ending the year with a bang as he’s secured the gig of a lifetime… which involves himself, a world-renowned chef and our former first lady all in one.
Adrian announced on his social media that he will be working alongside Chef Art Smith on Michelle Obama’s Becoming book tour. He is starting on this incredibly project today, November 13th, the same day that her memoir was released.
“This has to be the most incredible honor….to be working with Chef Art Smith on Michelle Obama’s “Becoming” book tour starting today in Chicago,” he wrote. “We will be feeding the former (and only) 1st Lady and her guests for the next month in 12 cities across the nation. This has to be the greatest privilege…of my entire life, really. I’m over the moon!!!!”
Mrs. Obama’s book tour will begin in Chicago tonight and continue through December 19th at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Titled A Conversation with Michelle Obama, she will be talking to thousands up thousands of people across the nation with some very special guests stopping along the way. For instance, Oprah Winfrey will be at her debut tonight, fitting given that she did her talk show from The Windy City for 25 years.
