RuPaul just released a teaser clip for his upcoming hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, and if this footage is any indication of what’s to come then we are in for a damn good night of television on February 8.
The Emmy-winning television personality exits the elevator in the beginning of the video to a nervous Cecily Strong, who has a history with him as she was a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars during its 4th season.

Cecily comes on “strong” with RuPaul, more than likely having a major fangirl moment with him, before he suggests that they “Sissy That Walk” into the studio which she gladly accepts. Then, things switch up when the track begins playing in the background and the two of them start to walk in a slower motion. The SNL legend can’t keep up with Ru’s fierceness and makes a bunch of hilarious faces before they are greeted by fellow cast member Beck Bennett and all his cuteness.
Beck is then seen chowing down on a slice of pizza or two that he said NFL star J.J. Watt left in his dressing room after his SNL hosting duties (he played that role on Saturday, February 1). Ru and Cecily quickly judge him as the footage ended.
Many RPDR alumni including Pandora Boxx, Manila Luzon and Kahanna Montrese left comments on Ru’s Instagram share of the footage about them being excited about what’s to come on Saturday night. It is sure to be one of the highest rated episodes of the season as “Yummy” stud Justin Bieber will take on the role of musical guest that night.
