It was just a month ago we were a little dumbfounded when  U.S. Customs Blocked A Canadian Man From Entering America Because Of What Was On His Scruff Profile. I've seen some pretty raunchy profiles, but enough to get you blocked from coming into a nation?

But there are more and more people having their phones searched. What is surprising is that they are United States citizens trying to re-enter the country they were born in, good ol' 'Merika.

"One of the officers calls out to me and says, 'Hey, give me your phone,'" recalled Shibly. "And I said, 'No, because I already went through this.'"

The officer asked a second time.

Within seconds, he was surrounded: one man held his legs, another squeezed his throat from behind. A third reached into his pocket, pulling out his phone. McCormick watched her boyfriend's face turn red as the officer's chokehold tightened.

Then they asked McCormick for her phone.

"I was not about to get tackled," she said. She handed it over. – NBCNEWS.com

Have you had your phone searched before?

What would your response be if Immigration / Customs / TSA  or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) desired to search your phone?

Do you open up to your personal pics and sex apps and say "have at it boys?"
