Nicki Minaj Is Back!
New Songs Drop April 12th!
Where in the world is Nicki Minaj?! It was just two short months ago when there were literally parody Missing Persons posters all over the internet wondering where the iconic female Rapper was! Minaj seemingly disappeared without a trace the moment Cardi B stepped onto the scene to much success. There's been plenty of rumors surrounding Minaj was allowing let Cardi shine for a moment. Not simply to give another woman a standing ovation, but because it's good business. The music industry is all about timing, which Minaj's team clearly took advantage of.
At the peak of her career, Cardi recently announced on Saturday Night Live she is indeed pregnant. While exciting, this may not be the best decision for her career. It only feels right that now, among Cardi's baby news, Minaj is taking back the crown for the leading lady of rap. I can guarantee Minaj is about to spit fire and blow all of us away.
According to her Instagram, she will be at least release two new songs, Chun Li and Barbie Tingz…but I cannot investigate enough to find if it's going to be an entire album. Regardless, we'll be getting some new jams from Minaj on Thursday, April 12th at 10AM PST.
