MJ Rodriguez is rocking our world yet again!
Ever since becoming a breakout tv and musical star on FX’s Pose, Rodriguez has been given more chances to show off her singing chops like her solo video of The Wiz’s “Home.” And now, we have yet another example of it.
While in-between seasons for the hit FX show about ballroom culture, Rodriguez is currently starring in a production of Little Shop of Horrors at the Pasadena Playhouse in Pasadena, California. She’s starring in the show alongside many notable actors such as George Salazar (Be More Chill), Amber Riley (Glee, The West End’s Dreamgirls), Kevin Chamberlin (Seussical, The Addams Family), and Matthew Wilkas (Gayby, Matt & Dan).

Then to promote the show, Rodriguez and Salazar appeared on James Corden’s (who’s a big fan and participant in the theatre) The Late, Late Show. The two performed a fantatstic sneak peek at the show’s classic track “Suddenly Seymour.”
