RuPaul’s Drag Race scored big at the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday, September 22. The show won Outstanding Reality Competition Series for its second year in a row, beating previous winners The Voice, Top Chef, The Amazing Race and others including Netflix’s Nailed It!

RuPaul, 59, planted a big kiss on his partner Georges LeBar‘s lips before he made his way to the stage. The legendary drag queen quickly thanked many people during his acceptance speech while encouraging people to vote in the upcoming election.

The VH1 series has now taken home 13 Emmys. RuPaul won Outstanding Reality Competition Host last weekend for the fourth year in a row. He now ties Survivor host Jeff Probst for the most honors in this category.
They submitted the episode Trump The Rusical for consideration in this category. Looks like something good came from this presidency after all!Â
