Jonathon Van Ness is giving us Thrones realness with the final season of Gay of Thrones.
Yes, the last season of juggernaut HBO series Game of Thrones is just around the corner, but at least we’ll have company at the end.
Funny Or Die has released a teaser trailer for the final season of Jonathan Van Ness’s Game of Thrones recap show Gay of Thrones. The teaser displays Jonathan in clips of seasons past giving his take on the iconic phrase “Where are my dragons?!”
You can watch the video below.
Gay of Thrones stars Jonathan Van Ness and a host of rotating guest stars as they gossip and gab about the popular fantasy series. While they do that, Van Ness styles his many guests, a list of which includes Margaret Cho, Maria Bamford, Timothy Simons, and George R.R. Martin himself.
The recap series has become a popular hit in its own right after starting during Thrones‘ third season. Gay of Thrones even earned two Emmy nominations in the Outstanding Short Form Variety Series category in 2016 and 2018.
Some would think that Jonathan Van Ness has grown too big for his former web series. After all, he’s a celebrated member of the hit Netflix show Queer Eye. That said, Jonathan Van Ness is more than willing to return for the final seasons of Game and Gays. In fact, he’s incredibly excited for it.
Van Ness recently posted about the teaser drop and upcoming season on Twitter and Instagram.
