After pop darling Charli XCX enlisted Brazilian’s own drag/pop sensation Pabllo Vittar on the 2014 hit “I Got It”, the success of that track made a reunion on another track almost pre-destined. This time around. Vittar has recruited Charli XCX for her latest single, the runway ready “Flash Pose”.

The hints of the video that we have already seen show Vittar looking blush in summer pink, posing for the camera at a photo shoot and/or a runway, both places a familiar place for this Brazilian bombshell, who is also a stunning singer/songwriter. In the hands of the right remixer, this one is going to be a late summer scorcher. Released today, check out the track for yourself below;

UPDATE:  Here’s the official video for the song.

On September 13, Charli XCX is set to release her third LP Charli (via Atlantic). Prior to the album release we’re getting some musical treats courtesy of Charli herself. She is releasing her collaborations with everyone from Troye Sivan (“1999”) to Lizzo (“Blame It On your Love”) to Christine and the Queens (“Gone”)

And if you’re going to see Pabllo on tour, expect to see this action on stage.

  1. There is nothing really proggressive in a man dressing and acting like a heterosexual woman. I have said it before, drag is a double-edged sword as it idealises ad praises heterosexuality as a gay man fantasises with the female role.

    Some drag queens are entertaining, that’s true, but drag does nothing in favour of naturalising homosexuality when a gay man hides himself under clothes, makeup and mannerisms of a heterosexual woman to replicate heterosexuality.
