Now that Lisa Vanderpump is out of the picture on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it looks like someone has her eye on snagging her diamond. Tori Spelling, who has grown up in the entertainment industry shared on Jenny McCarthy’s SiriusXM show that she would love to be a part of the cast…but Bravo has never asked her.
Spelling is no stranger to Beverly Hills since she starred in the original cult show Beverly Hills 90210 in the 90s as well as in her own reality show with husband Dean McDermott, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood and Tori and Dean: Inn Love. Spelling is also no stranger to drama since the couple has seen ups and downs in their relationship—even rebounding after McDermott cheated on her in 2013. Spelling has also been very open about her difficult relationship to mother Candy Spelling.
During The Jenny McCarthy Show, Spelling shared with McCarthy and fellow 90210 alum Jennie Garth that she has wanted to be a Housewife for some time, but Bravo has never asked her and that she finds it quite sad that they have never considered her. She feels she would be a great fit for the franchise since “drama follows her everywhere” and she is “married with a lot of kids”. Spelling and her family also had to evacuate during the California wildfires in 2018 just like Denise Richards and Camille Grammer.
Watch Tori Spelling make her argument for why she should be a Bravo Housewife:
Tori Spelling is part of television royalty and has re-emerged on television series time and time again. So maybe it’s time that Donna Martin graduates into a Real Housewife. If Andy Cohen is reading this (unlikely) will he consider Tori? And if she becomes a Housewife—what would her tagline be?
