We all need some holiday cheer where ever we can get it.  We may choose to live it up for the season, travel, visit friends, family, or just enjoy time by ourselves.  Some of us though may not have the luxury of being luxurious or have the flexibility of spreading holiday cheer however we choose. While we may have our health an happiness, there are others that may not be so lucky.

Singer Brian Justin Crum has teamed up with Project Angel Food  to raise funds that will provide meals to people in need this holiday season. He has released a rendition of “O Holy Night in partnership with Project Angel Food.  With a voice as powerful and haunting as his, this cover infuses new life into a Christmas classic while also staying true to tradition. Accompanied by just a piano, this lets the unique tone and quality of his vocals shine through.

Every download of Crum’s cover of “O Holy Night” via Play It Forward will donate to the cause and Project Angel Food, a group that has been feeding the less fortunate in LA since 1989.! Please visit this link .

Thanks, Brian, for the holiday cheer and for helping out those that need it more than we do.  As you can see, the fund raiser and downloads are just at the beginning stages.

More about Project Angel Food:

Project Angel Food cooks and delivers over 600,000 nutritious meals each year, free of charge, to the homes of men, women, and children affected by life-threatening illnesses. Our medically tailored meals and nutritional counseling services help chronically and terminally ill people throughout Los Angeles County who are too sick to shop or cook for themselves. Created in response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, we expanded our mission in 2004 to help our neighbors who are struggling with the multiple challenges of hunger, isolation and their critical illness. Every week, we deliver to 12,000 meals to 1,400 people in need from Metro, South and East LA, to Pomona, La Mirada and Long Beach, and to the remote town of Antelope Valley. Since 1989, we have served over 12 million meals to more than 20,000 people.

Brian Justin Crum is an electrifying performer with a powerhouse voice!

Brian’s career began on Broadway when he was just 18 years old. He moved to New York City to join the cast of “Wicked”. He then went on to perform in Pulitzer Prize Winning ‘Next to Normal’, QUEENS rock theatrical “We will Rock You” and Disney’s “Tarzan” among others. It was in these years that Brian really honed in on his craft as a singer.

In 2016 Brian appeared on America’s Got Talent where he was able to showcase his voice to a much larger reach. Some of Brian’s most memorable performances on the show were Radiohead’s “Creep” & Queen’s “Somebody To Love.” These two performances alone garnered over 100 million views online.

The evolution of Brian as an artist has begun… He has taken the reigns and is in control of his own destiny. Brian has finally been able to embrace who he is deep down and it is showing in the work he creates.

With a growing fan base invested in both his music and his roles in anti-bullying and LGBT efforts, Brian’s star continues to rise. Between dropping covers like Robyn’s “Show Me Love” which soared to #2 on the Billboard Dance Charts, touring the world, and competing against 50 top talents on “America’s Got Talent: Champions;” in early 2019. Brian’s next move may be his biggest yet: his debut EP “RECKLESS” coming in 2020!

But this is not the first time BJC has spread the holiday cheer.  Back in 2016 he was part of the America’s Got Talent Christmas Presentation.

And prior to that in 2014, Brian had the assistance of some underwear clad friends when he sang What Christmas Means to Me.

And you can actually see on Youtube the rendition of O Holy Night that you can download, but if you enjoyed the previous two videos, spend the $2 to download and help those in need
