This viral video has given us some helpful ideas for our next exercise routine.
The internet always seems to give us what we never knew we wanted, and the video of a Chinese man humping the floor for fitness fits perfectly into that category.
That’s right, there’s a video going around of a man from Shanghai with what we hope is a new trend in exercise. Can you imagine walking into your local gym and seeing a line of men laying horizontal with a bunch of weights connected to their waists as they thrust their way to a tighter body? Sounds like heaven.
Honestly, we couldn’t tell you which part of the body this exercise is working on. The video itself by the New York Post says that it’s for creating buns of steel, but others have pointed out it could be for the abs or the lower back. But hey, we don’t really care what it works on anyway.
While plenty of online commenters have mocked the man in the video (and it might have been a joke post to begin with), we can’t help but find a special interest in it. So, of course, we decided to share the video with all of you.
All we know is that we want to see more of this exercise in the coming future. Let’s hope it catches on (probably not, but we are going to keep hoping anyway).
