Kevin Hart has one major A-lister in his corner after he decided to back out of hosting the 2019 Oscars due to his past past homophobic language, some of which happened on the social networking site Twitter.

It's in the form of Wild' N Out host Nick Cannon, who is defending him by calling out several female comedians including Chelsea Handler and Amy Schumer who have also used derogatory words that also appear homophobic.

The first one he posted on Friday night was a tweet that the former Chelsea Lately host shared all the way back in 2010:

Then there was one made by Sarah Silverman the same year:

After that, he found one by Amy:

Nick then clapped back at a Twitter user who wrote this to him amid the actor digging up older tweets. "They’ve already moved passed her. Like they’ve moved passed Kevin. Every word, thought, deed and action you will be responsible for….10, 20, 30 years from now… every seed planted will produce a consequence!! While you auditing tweets, you need to audit yours!"

His response?

Nick wasn't the only one doing his research on tweets from several years ago. One user brought up two that could be deemed as homophobic as well:

The Night School comedian was initially picked to host The Oscars last week but dropped out quickly after due to tweets he wrote many years ago that have been viewed as homophobic.

Radar Online reported on Friday that legendary comedian and former Oscar nominee Eddie Murphy is being courted to host in Kevin's place.

Do you think Nick is making a valid point here with what Amy, Sarah and Chelsea have written in the past in relation to Kevin?
