Here They Are! Meet The Queens Competing On ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’

BBC unveiled the names of queens competing for the upcoming debut season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK on Wednesday, August 21.

The 10 competitors have one goal in mind: to become the first ever queen to win this legendary series across the pond. 

Their age ranges go as young as 19 all the way up to 35. And their stage names, just like the ones in the United States, are nothing short of entertaining.

The permanent judges will be RPDR mainstays RuPaul and Michelle Visage, with talk show hosts Alan Carr and Graham Norton added in as rotating additions to the panel (consider them the British versions of Ross Mathews and Carson Kressley).

slew of guest judges have also been announced. Pop princess Cheryl Cole, actor Andrew Garfield, girl group sensation Geri Horner and many others will be judging the newest flock of Drag Race competitors.

All of this will hit the BBC iPlayer this October. No word yet on when the eight episode series will be available state side, but it should hit WOW Presents Plus at some point.
