Madonna issued a lengthy Instagram post on why she had to cancel another one of her Madame X concerts in Paris on Sunday, March 1, amid her battling injuries that has left her in a world of pain. This is the 9th time she has done this during her worldwide tour.
“Here I Am——Flesh and Blood,” the “Material Girl” began. “If only knees didn’t twist and cartilage didn’t tear and nothing hurt and tears never fell out of our eyes………But alas they do and Thank God for this important reminder that we are human. I Fell 2 nights ago on stage when a chair was literally pulled out from underneath me by mistake and I landed on the floor on my tail bone.”

She continued, “The damage was clearly done after I made it thru the show last night but just barely because I hate disappointing. However today even I can see that this broken doll held together with tape and glue, needs to stay in bed and rest for a few days so she can finish the tour with a smile on her face and in one piece. Thank You for your understanding Paris!”
Fans were sympathetic to what the Golden Globe winner was going through by leaving several uplifting remarks in the comments section of the post. “I’m happy you are listening to your body and taking it easy.” one follower wrote. “I know emotionally this can’t be easy for you! We are with you.”
Reports of Madonna falling during one of her Madame X shows came out days before she talked about it on her social media. Fans who went to that particular show, held on Thursday, February 27, claimed that she was “in tears” after the chair incident happened.

Madonna’s hunky backup dancer boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams looks to be a source of comfort for her during this troubling time. The two were seen holding hands after her concert the night before on Saturday, February 29, where she was grinning from ear to ear during the romantic moment (kudos to DailyMail for the pics which you can SEE HERE).
