The former Sex and the City star became the subject of many an unflattering headline when she claimed she chose a homosexual lifestyle and then again when she attempted to clarify her statement. As our fight for equal rights wages in courtrooms across the country, the L.A. Times decided to examine how Nixon's possibly-dangerous statements would hold up under the gavel. So, did the actress throw a wrench into the courtroom battle for equality?

The "It Gets Better" campaign received a much needed boost back into the pop-culture stratosphere thanks to Madison, Wisconsin's Colton James Boettcher, who, with the help of his local LGBT community, created one helluva production for the campaign.
